Georgian Public School (GPS) was established on 16th June 1997, in the leadership of Rev. Fr. Thomas Kannampallil, Vicar of Edathua St. George Forance church. Georgian public School is owned and managed by St. George Forane Church, Edathua.The Archibishop of changancherry is the Patron and Vicar of St.George Forane Church, edathua is the Manager of the school. The School is affiliated to the central Board of Secondary Education with Affiliation No : 930577
